Products ordered from the website are warranted for 30 days from delivery. Please visit our warranty page for information regarding the warranty of our products. 

IMPORTANT: You must contact WeFoos here or by calling us directly @ 1-844-4-WEFOOS (844-493-3667) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning ANY product(s). Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected. In this instance, it will be at your expense to have the item(s) returned to you.


  • If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want the item you purchased, you can return NEW, UNASSEMBLED, AND UNUSED product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full, no questions asked, refund. YOU are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to WeFoos. 
  • Product(s) must be returned in their orginal packaging with all included parts and accessories. 
  • You must ship your package to us using a shipping carrier with tracking available. UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc. We advise you to purchase insurance for the full value of the product(s) being returned for your protection against lost or stolen items, or package(s) damaged during return shipment. We're not responsible for replacing product(s) lost/stolen/damaged without insurance. 
  • If your return is the result of a shipping error on our part, i.e. we shipped you the wrong product, or we shipped an incomplete product, or we shipped a product in a color or size that doesn't meet your expectations, return the product(s) at your expense and we'll cover the return shipping of your replacement product(s).
  • All other opened item(s) or used product(s) returns must receive an RMA number within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery AND the returned item(s) must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of receiving your RMA number.
