In the event you would like a refund, the return process typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the date you have dropped off a package for delivery. This includes transit times, our internal processing time, and the time it will take for your bank to process our refund request.

  • Refunds on defective merchandise are 100% fully refunded.
  • Refunds on returned unopened, unused, or undamaged, merchandise are also 100% fully refunded.
  • Refunds requested as a result of an error on our part, again, 100% fully refunded.
  • Refunds on items returned within 7 business days (from delivery) that are opened and used will be subject to a 15% restock surcharge fee. Meaning, we deduct 15% from your allowable refund amount. 
  • ALL custom orders can only be refunded by warranty claim. Custom ordering is a process which requires you to acknowledge this restriction on returns/refunds.
